Bloom on its own is a lot of flower: tuberose and jasmine at full volume, creamy and dense. Some people love exactly that, and some find it heavy before lunchtime. Afternoon Swim sprayed over the top does something specific to it, the citrus cuts straight through the cream and opens the whole thing up.
You keep the flower and lose the weight. It becomes a daytime fragrance instead of an evening one, and the orange keeps flickering back through the florals for the first few hours before the two settle together into something soft and sunny.

How to Layer
Two sprays of Bloom onto the skin first, at the inner wrists and the base of the neck. Give it a few seconds, then one to two sprays of Afternoon Swim over the same spots. Do not rub. Order matters here: Bloom is the slower of the two and belongs underneath, holding Afternoon Swim in place as it lifts off. Sprayed the other way around the effect is weaker and does not last as long.
What You Receive
Two full bottles, both in the size you choose. Pick 50ml for the pair or 100ml for the pair. These are full bottles, not miniatures and not decants. Each fragrance also stands completely on its own. The pair is simply how the two are best worn together.
Performance
Both bottles are Extrait de Parfum at 30% concentration, the highest category in fine fragrance. Worn as a pair, expect 10 to 16 hours. Because you are wearing two fragrances at once, start with fewer sprays than you think you need. Two underneath and one over the top is the whole recipe.
Care and Storage
Store both bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. UV exposure and temperature fluctuation degrade aromachemicals over time. A drawer, cabinet, or wardrobe shelf is ideal. Avoid bathrooms. Kept correctly, your fragrances will perform at full strength for 3 to 5 years.
