Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package via Australia Post's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@scentroom.com.au. We'll investigate with Australia Post and work to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment costs will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbours and contact your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide from our Sydney studio via Australia Post International. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
