Scent Room at The Wedded Salon

On Wednesday 16 September, Wedded Wonderland gathered more than fifty newly engaged women at Aambra in Rose Bay for The Wedded Salon, an invite-only dinner built around one idea: a room where talking about your wedding all night is the whole point. Champagne on arrival, a long dinner, and fourteen industry leaders, among them couturier Steven Khalil and Dianne Khoury, talking through five chapters of the bridal journey before the night closed with 50 Brides, 50 Questions.

Scent Room was one of the evening’s gifting partners. Every bride left with a 50ml W Hotel room spray in her gift bag, our take on the hotel’s signature scent: bergamot and vervain over lavender, ginger and peony, settling into sandalwood and musk. Each of the twenty panellists and VIP guests also received a 2ml Extrait de Parfum sample, with a card carrying an offer made just for the room.

A room spray is the easy first luxury of a new home, and most new homes start with a wedding. The same thinking sits behind our wedding favours: scent that lasts well past the day itself.
