Giveaway terms
These terms apply to every Scent Room giveaway unless the giveaway post says otherwise.
Who can enter
Anyone 18 or over. Scent Room staff and their families cannot enter. Where a giveaway is run on Instagram, it is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.
How to enter
The giveaway post sets out how to enter and the closing date and time (Sydney time). Entries after the close are not counted. One entry per person unless the post says otherwise.
Winners
Winners are chosen at random from valid entries after the close, unless the post says the giveaway is judged. Winners are announced on the giveaway post and contacted directly. A winner who does not reply within 7 days forfeits the prize and another winner is drawn.
Prizes
Prizes are as described in the post, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery is free within Australia; overseas winners cover any import duties or taxes.
Privacy
We use entrants' details only to run the giveaway and deliver prizes, and we do not add entrants to our mailing list without their consent.
